XDiag — Features and use
- Online coding and online programming are available for supported vehicles and control units with an active licence and internet connection.
- System diagnostics: read and clear fault codes, view live data and run active tests on supported components.
- Service functions: oil service reset, EPB, BMS, DPF and adaptations where supported by the vehicle and software.
Availability depends on model, year, control unit, software version and interface. HD, CAN-FD and DoIP may require suitable additional hardware. Several offered apps have similar capabilities; the app name does not guarantee coverage.

What happens when the licence expires?
You can continue using the app with the software already downloaded. After expiry, new updates and online functions are unavailable, including online coding, online programming and other functions requiring an active online licence.
What does the cars + HD package include?
The EUR 125 package includes a car licence and Heavy Duty truck software for 12 months. Supported vehicles and functions depend on the software and diagnostic device.
Does online coding work on every vehicle?
No. Online coding, online programming and other functions depend on the app, specific vehicle and device. Check support for the functions you need before buying.
How do I order activation or renewal?
Choose your software and package, enter the serial number and open a chat. The prepared message includes the price and 12-month term. For renewal, mention that you already use the app.

Digital licence and refunds
This product is a digital licence. No physical shipping is required.
The licence is considered used after payment, and standard refunds are not offered.
Exceptions are reviewed individually if the OBD interface is incompatible or another technical issue prevents use of the licence. Contact support with your device details and a description of the problem for verification and consideration of a refund.
